!RESOLUTION NO. 80R-23
A RESOLUT N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ElM AUTHORIZING THE POLICE
DEPARTME TO CONDUCT AN AUCTION OF
UNCLAIMED !ROPERTY ON FEBRUARY 23, 1980,
AND SUPER ~DING RESOLUTION NO. 79R-755.
WHEREAS, one of said property has been claimed by the
owner thereof; and .
WHEREAS, ~aid property is being sold pursuant to
Anaheim Municipal C de Section 1.12.070 and adopted in accordance
with Civil Code Sec. ion 2080.4 of the State of California; and

WHEREAS, ue to inclement weather on January 12, 1980,
it became necessary to cancel said auction; and
he unclaimed property set forth on

NOW, THE FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Police Department
is authorized to se ~ to the highest bidder at 9:00 A.M. on
February 23, 1980, t the Anaheim Police Department located at
425 South Harbor Bo levard, all unclaimed property set forth on
Exhibit "A", on fil in the Office of the City Clerk, which has
not been claimed bYi the owners of such property prior to said
auction date. j
