RESOLUTION NO. 80 R- 55
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 3026 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 78R-563 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 3026 on
August 29, 1978, by Resolution No. 78R-563; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said variance for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 3026 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 78R-563 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th day of February, 1980.
