RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 580
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easemen~for
road and public utility purposes ;
and --
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to-the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
WALT DISNEY PRODUCTION~a California corporation,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for easements for

, and more particularly described as follows:

Parcel One: The Southerly 60 feet, as measured at
right angles to the centerline of Katella Avenue, of
the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said County.
Parcel Two: The Westerly 45 feet, as measured at
right angles to the centerline of West Street, of
the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa
Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County.
Excepting therefrom the North 1 foot.
Parcel Three: Beginning at the Southwest corner of
said Section 22, said corner being the centerline
intersection of Katella Avenue and West Street, as
shown on a Map filed in Book 12, page 24 of Record
of Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County; thence North 890 54' 25" East, along

05' 35" East passes through said point; thence North-
westerly along said curve, through a central angle
of 890 51' 00", an arc distance of 39.20 feet; thence
South 890 45' 25" West, 45 feet to a point in the
centerline of said West Street; thence South 00 14'
35" East, along said West Street centerline, 84.82
feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom those portions included within
Parcel One and Parcel Two hereinabove described.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
