RESOLUTION NO. 69R-575
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 66R-662
GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 884
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, on
October 11, 1966, adopt Resolution No. 66R-662 granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 884 permitting the establishment
of a wedding chapel and dining facilities on the property
described therein, subject to certain conditions set forth
in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No 4 of said resolution reads
as follows:
"That no alcoholic beverages shall be served on
subject premises."
WHEREAS, the City Council does deem it proper
to revise the conditions set forth in said resolution to
permit the serving of champagne in conjunction with an
existing wedding chapel and wedding service facility,
located on the south side of Ball Road, west of Nutwood
Street; and
WHEREAS, after reviewing the Minutes of the
regular City Planning Commission Meeting of September 22,
1969, recommending that consideration be given to amending
Condition No.4 of Resolution No. 66R-662, to permit the
serving of champagne or champagne punch only, to be provided
by the applicant's dustomers, the City Council finds that
Resolution 66R-662 should be amended by amending Condition
No. 4 in accordance with said recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 66R-662 granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 884 be, and the same is hereby
amended to permit the serving of champagne or champagne
punch only to be provided by the applicant's customers by
amending Condition No. 4 of said resolution to read as
follows:
"That champagne or champagne punch only shall be
permitted to be served on subject premises if pro-
vided by customers."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
14th day of October , 1969.
