the City of Anaheim that the City Attorney or his assistants and
deputies are hereby authorized to execute and sign on behalf of
the City of Anaheim, any and all releases and/or settlement agree-
ments wherein the original claim or right asserted by the City
was in the sum of $2,500.00 or less.
