RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 536
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF POLES AND ELECTRIC POWER LINES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal pu+poses, to wit: An easement for installation
and maintenance of poles and electr~c power lines
and
~..yHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JAMES F. OUSTERHOUT and
GL ORIA JEAN OUSTERHOUT, husband and wife; PHILIPE E. DELGADO and
BETTY I. DELGADO, husband and wife; and ALEXANDRIA WILSON, a
married woman as her sole and separate property
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
installation and maintenance of poles and electric power lines
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the installation and maintenance of
poles and electric power lines over, under and across
the following described parcels of land lying within
a portion of Lot 2, Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as
per map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Mis-
cellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Parcel One: The Northerly 5.00 feet of the Southerly
397.98 feet of the Westerly 330.00 feet of the Easterly
660.00 feet of Lot 2 of Block K of said Kraemer Tract.
Excepting the Westerly 45.00 feet lying within the right
of way of Miller Street.
Parcel Two: The Easterly 5.00 feet of the Westerly 330.00
feet of the Northerly 132.00 feet of the Southerly 397.98
feet of Lot 2 of Block K of said Kraemer Tract.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying within the above
described Parcel One.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
