RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 535
A RESOLUTIOi'J OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR OVERHEAD POWER
LINES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
overhead power lines
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
JAMES C. DUNCAN and HELEN DUNCAN, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
overhead power lines
1 and more Darticularlv described as follows:

An easement for overhead power lines over and across
the Northerly 5.00 feet of the Southerly 402.98 feet
of the Westerly 330.00 feet of the Easterly 660.00
feet of Lot 2, Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as per
map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellan-
eous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
Excepting therefrom the Westerly 45.00 feet lying within
the right of way of Miller Street.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO).
