RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 532
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
69R-432, NUNC PRO TUNC, BY CORRECTING THE
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY INVOLVED.
WHEREAS, on July 22, 1969, the City Council passed
Resolution No. 69R-432 relating to Reclassification Proceedings
No. 68-69-100 and through inadvertance and clerical error desig-
nated Lots 48 to 55, inclusive of Tract No. 1591 as being the
property upon which action was taken, when, in truth and in
fact, all of the action taken under said Resolution No. 69R-432
was directed toward Lots 66 through 70, inclusive of said
Tract No. 1591; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that
it is in the best interests of the City to correct said Reso-
lution No. 69R-432, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the proper legal
description of the property upon which action was taken.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it amend and it does hereby amend
Resolution No. 69R-432, nunc pro tunc, by correcting the legal
description set forth therein to read as follows:
"Lots 66 through 70, inclusive, of Tract No 1591,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 54, pages 36
to 39, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California."
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
amended by this resolution, Resolution No. 69R-432 shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 23rd day of September, 1969.
