RESOLUTION NO. 69R-53l
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AN&qEIM ruvillNDING RESOLUTION NO. 65R-23l
IN RECLASSIFICA'I'ION PROCEEDINGS NO. 64-65-85.
~mEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
11arcn 23, 1965, adopt Resolution No. 65R-23l in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 64-65-85 finding and determining that the property
and area therein described should be changed from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-
AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and R-l, ONE-FN~ILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and
incorporated in the following zones, subject to certain conditions
set forth in said resolution:
Ti1at Parcel 1 shall be changed from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-
AGRICULTURAL ZONE and incorporated in C-l, GENERAL
CO~&lliRCIAL ZONE; and
That Parcel 2 shall ~e changed from R-l, ONE-FN4ILY
FESIDENTIAL ZONE and incorporated in P-l, AUTOMOBILE
PARKING ZONE.

~~EPEAS, Condition No.3 of Resolution No. 65R-23l reads
as follovlS:
"3. 'l'ha-t all vehicular access rights to Coffman
Street shall be dedicated to the City of
Anaheim. "

"4. THat subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of
l\.naheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2."
A!.',JD WHEREAS, tile City Council finds that said conditions
should be changed to read as follows:
"3. Tl1at all ve11icular access rights to Coffman
Street for Parcel No. 2 be made prior to
tile reading of an ordinance reclassifying
said parcel only; and that ordinances re-
classifying subject property shall be adopted
as eaCH parcel is ready to comply with condi-
tions pertaining to each parcel.

NOlv, 'I"HE}~FORE, BE IT HESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R-23l in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings 1\)0. 64 - 6.5 - 8 5 De, and the same is hereby, amended
to read as follows;
"3. '1'l1at all vellicular access rights to Coffman
Street for Parcel No. 2 be made prior to

with conditions pertaining to each parcel.
