A RESOLUTIOlJ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEDl ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal pu+poses, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
LOUIS E. NOHL; and as to the Estate of Margaret E. Nohl,
LOUIS E. NOHL. EXECUTOR. Superior Court Case A-58980
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Section 1, Township 4 South, Range
9 West, S.B.B. & M., described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 26, Tract 6771, as
per map recorded in Book 255, pages 25 through 29 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County; thence South 890 58'
08" East 42 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North
00 01' 52" East 208.58 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Easterly and having a radius of 664 feet; thence
Northerly and Northeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 130 50' 58" an arc distance of 160.50 feet; thence
North 130 52' 50" East 128.54 feet to the beginning of a tan-
gent curve concave Westerly and having a radius of 970 feet;
thence Northerly and Northwesterly along said curve through a
central angle of 190 14' 08" an arc distance of 325.65 feet;
thence North 50 21' 18" West 101.86 feet; thence South 780 17'
31" East 70.08 feet; thence South 50 21' 18" East 81.30 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Westerly and having
a radius of 1037 feet; thence Southeasterly and Southerly along
said curve through a central angle of 190 14' 08" an arc distance
of 348.15 feet; thence South 130 52' 50" West 128.54 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Easterly and having a radius
of 597 feet; thence Southerly and Southeasterly along said curve
through a central angle of 130 50' 58" an arc distance of 144.31
feet; thence South 00 01' 52" West 208.58 feet; thence North 890
58' 08" West 67 feet to the true ,?oint of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
