A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, LOUIS E. NOHL, individually, and LOUIS E.
NOHL, as executor of the estate of ~~RGARET E. NOHL, are the
owners of the hereinafter described real property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California; and
WHEREAS, said owners have offered to sell said property
to the City of Anaheim for the sum of One Dollar and other good
and valuable consideration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
public convenience and necessity require the purchase and acquisi-
tion of said real property for municipal purposes, and that the
price which the owners thereof are willing to accept is fair and
reasonable.
NOW, THEREFOREj BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LOUIS E. NOHL, individually,
and LOUIS E. NOHL, as executor of the estate of MARGARET E. NOHL,
to sell to the City of Anaheim all that real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows, to wit:
That portion of Section 1, Township 4 South, Range 9 West,
S.B.B. & M., described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 26, Tract No.
6771, as per map recorded in Book 255, pages 25 through
29, of Miscellaneous l~ps of Orange County, California;
thence North 00 01' 52' East 208.58 feet to the begin-
ning of a tangent curve concave Easterly having a radius
of 665.00 feet; thence Northerly along said curve through
a central angle of 150 49 I 23" an arc distance of 183.65
feet; thence North 150 51' 15" East 219.44 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Westerly having a
radius of 535.00 feet; thence Northerly along said curve
through a central angle of 350 051 01" an arc distance of
327.61 feet; thence South 780 17' 31" East 31.73 feet;
thence South 50211 18" East 101.86 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Westerly having a radius of
970.00 feet, thence Southerly along said curve through a
central angle of 190 14' 08' an arc distance of 325.65
feet; thence South 130 521 50" West 128.54 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Easterly having a
radius of 664.00 feet, thence Southerly along said curve
through a central angle of 130 50' 58" an arc distance of
160.50 feet; thence South 00 01' 52" West 208.58 feet;
thence North 890 58' 08" West 42.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
for the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tion, be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a con-
veyance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance be,
and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners of said property
the sum of $1.00.
