RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 527
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT NO
OBJECTIONS WERE MADE TO THE PROPOSED CUTTING
AND REMOVAL OF RANK GROWTH AND WEEDS AND REMOVAL
OF RUBBISH, REFUSE AND DIRT UPON ANY PARCEL
OR PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY OR ANY PUBLIC
STREET IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM; AND ORDERING
THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS TO CUT AND
REMOVE SAID RANK GROWTH AND WEEDS AND REMOVE
SAID RUBBISH, REFUSE AND DIRT, AND CHARGE THE
COST OF SUCH CUTTING AND REMOVAL TO THE LOTS,
PARCELS OR STREETS CLEANED.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on August 26, 1969, adopt
Resolution No. 69R-SOO directing the City Clerk to set Tuesday,
September 23, 1969, at 1:30 P.M. in the Council chambers in the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the time and place for the
hearing of objections to the proposed cutting and removal of
rank growth and weeds and removal of rubbish, refuse and dirt
upon any parcel or parcels of real property or any public street
in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets did cause
notices of said hearing to be posted as required by law, at
least five days prior to the time set for said hearing of
objections; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, at the time and place
aforesaid, hold and conduct such hearing; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that no objections
were made at said hearing to the proposed cutting and removal
of rank growth and weeds and removal of rubbish, refuse and
dirt.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does hereby find and determine that
no objections were made to the proposed cutting and removal of
rank growth and weeds and removal of rubbish, refuse and dirt
upon any parcel or parcels of real property or any public street
in the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets
be, and he is hereby ordered to cut and remove said weeds and
remove said rubbish, refuse and dirt and to charge the cost of
such cutting and removal to the lots, parcels or streets cleaned
by said Superintendent of Streets.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 23rd day of September, 1969.
