RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 500
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 69R-494
NUNC PRO TUNC TO CHANGE DATE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 69R-494 authorizes and
directs the giving of notice to owners of vacant land to
remove rank growth, weeds, rubbish, refuse and dirt, and
directing the City Clerk to set Tuesday, September 16, 1969
at 1:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, City
of Anaheim, as the time and place for the hearing of objec-
tions to the proposed removal of such rank growth, weeds,
rubbish, refuse ~nd dirti and
WHEREAS, said resolution through inadvertance and
mistake set said hearing on Tuesday, September 16, 1969, when,
in truth and in fact, said hearing should be set on Tuesday,
September 23, 1969 at 1;30 P.M., in conformance with legal
and posted notices setting forth the date of said hearing; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City to change the date of public hearing
to conform with the legal and posted notices thereof and to
amend Resolution No. 69R-494 nunc pro tunc to reflect such
change of date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it amend paragraph 3 of Resolution
No. 69R-494 nunc pro tunc in the following manner. The third
paragraph thereof shall be and it is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"The City Clerk is hereby directed, as required by
law, to set Tuesday, September 23, 1969, at 1;30 P.M.
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, City of
Anaheim, as the time and place for the hearing of
objections to the proposed removal of such rank growth,
weeds, rubbish, refuse and dirt.::
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 26th day of August, 1969.
