RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 489
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal pu~poses, to wit: An easement for
road and public utili~y purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
ZION EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA,
a California corporation
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 4 of Anaheim Extension, as
shown on a Map of Survey by William Hamel, a copy of which
is shown in Book 3, pages 162 to 164 inclusive, of Los
Angeles County Maps in the office of the County Recorder of
Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Cypress
Street with the centerline of East Street, as shown on a
map filed in Book 28, page 22 of Record of Surveys in the
office of the County Recorder of said County; thence along
the centerline of East Street South 150 24' 15" East 370.79
feet; thence North 740 35' 45" East 40 feet; thence parallel
to the centerline of said East Street, North 150 24' 15" West
330.79 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Southeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence North-
easterly and Easterly along said curve through a central
angle of 890 59' 30" an arc distance of 23.56 feet to an
intersection with a line parallel with and 25 feet Southerly
of the centerline of said Cypress Street; thence North 150
25' 45" West 25 feet to an intersection with the centerline

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
