RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 488
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal pu~poses, to wit: An easement for
sanitary sewer purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
JOSEPH D. HUARTE and DOROTHY C. HUARTE, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
sanitary sewer purposes
, and more part1cularly described as follows:
Easement for the installation and maintenance of a sanitary
sewer line under and across that portion of the fractional
East half of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 9 West,
S.B.B. & M., described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 19, Tract No. 4321,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 197, pages 9 through 12,
inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County;
thence North 890 511 10" East, along the North line of said
tract, 413.72 feet to a point in the Southwesterly line of
the Golden State Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4
pages 66 and 67 of Miscellaneous Maps; thence along said
Southwesterly line, North 610 261 43" West, 52.05 feet;
thence South 00 081 50" East, 15 feet; thence South 890 511
10" West, 373.08 feet; thence South 00 081 50" East, 10 feet;
thence North 890 511 10" East, 5.02 feet to the point of
beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
