A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
INCENTIVE AID FOUNDATION, a California corporation
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that portion of Lot 19, Anaheim Extension, as shown on a
Map made by Wm. Hamel and filed for record in the office of the
Los Angeles County Recorder, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southerly terminus of the centerline of Cliffpark
Circle, as shown on the map of Tract No. 6812, recorded in
Book 258, pages 18 et seq., of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County; thence along the southerly line of said tract,
South 740 36' 54" West, 134.00 feet to a point in the easterly
line of East Streetm 66 feet wide; thence along said easterly
line of East Street, South 150 23' 06" East, 100 feet; thence
North 740 36' 54" East, 12.00 feet to the beginning of a non-
tangent curve, concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 25
feet, a radial line bearing South 740 36' 54" West passes through
said point; thence northeasterly along said curve, through a
central angle of 900 00' 00", an arc distance of 39.27 feet;
thence tangent to said curve, North 740 36' 54" East, 129.00 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave northwesterly and
having a radius of 50 feet; thence northeasterly along said curve,
through a central angle of 340 54' 55", an arc distance of 30.47
feet to a reverse curve having a radius of 50 feet, a radial line
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
