A RESOLU'l'ION OF THE CITY CmJNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRAl~TING A HOUSE MOVING
PEID1IT TO PEBLEY BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION
COlvIPANY TO MOVE A DWELLING FROM 406 WEST
BROADWAY, N~AHEIMf CALIFOill~IA, TO 419
KROEGER STREET, N~AHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEP~AS, Pebley Brothers Construction Company having
filed a.written application for a house moving permit to move
a dwelling house from 406 West Broadway, Anaheim, California,
to 419 Kroeger Street, Anaheim, California; and
vlliEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 12th day of August, 1969, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M. and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, build-
ing or structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for
said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared on the last
available tax assessment roll, and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly con-..
sidered said application together with all evidence and reports
submitted in connection therewith, does find that said applica-
tion should be granted subject to tile following conditions:
1. Payment of Park and Recreation Fees of $75.00 per unit.
2. Provision of private, outdoor areas to provide addi-
tional recreational leisure area.
3. Applicant shall receive credit in the amount of the
actual park and recreation in lieu fee previously
paid on the single--family residence formerly occupy--
ing subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of Pebley Brothers
Construction Company for a house moving permit to move a dwell-
ing house from 406 West Broadway, An~leim; California, to 419
Kroeger Street, Anaheim, California, be and same is hereby
granted subject to the following conditions:
1. Payment of Park and Recreation Fees of $75.00 per unit.
2. provision of private, outdoor areas to provide addi-
tional recreational leisure area.
3. Applicant shall receive credit in the amount of tile
actual park and recreation in lieu fee previously
paid on the single-family residence formerly occupy-
ing subject property.
and further subject to compliance with all of the provisions of
Title IS, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to the moving of buildings from a point within the City of
