RESOLUTION NO. 69R-47l
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
WILLIAM H. EASTON TO MOVE A DWELLING FROM
3328 EAST GARVEY AVENUE, WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, TO 5050 CRESCENT DRIVE, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, WILLIAM H. EASTON, having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 3328 East Garvey Avenue, West Covina, California, to
5050 Crescent Drive, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 12th day of August, 1969, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hearing
upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and con-
ducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said
application, together with all evidence and reports submitted
in connection therewith, does find that said application should
be denied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said William H. Easton
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 3328 East
Garvey Avenue, West Covina, California to 5050 Crescent Drive,
Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of August, 1969.
