RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 470
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DISSOLVING FREEWAY PARK
LIGHTING DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, Freeway Park Lighting District, originally
established as a County Highway Lighting District was included
within the City of Anaheim by reason of\ annexation; and
WHEREAS, said Lighting District need no longer be con-
tinued as a L~ghting District; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that, pursuant to
Streets and Highways Code Section 19270 it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to dissolve the Freeway Park
Lighting District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Freeway Park Lighting District
be, and the same is hereby, dissolved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby, directed to file a certified copy of this reso-
lution with the State Board of Equalization and the County
Assessor of Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 5th day of August , 1969.
