RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 468
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLU-
TION NO. 69R-394 NUNC PRO TUNC TO
INCORPORATE AUTHORIZATION FOR PAY~~NT.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 69R-394 authorizes the accept-
ance of an easement for road and public utility purposes over
certain real property in connection with the construction of
the Lewis Street underpass; and
WHEREAS, said resolution through inadvertance and
mistake failed to state that said easement was to be purchased
by the City of Anaheim for a gross price of $8,963.77 less an
amount of $9.90 for documentary stamps; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City to purchase said easement for said sum
and to amend Resolution No. 69R-394 nunc pro tunc to reflect
such payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it amend Resolution No. 69R-394 nunc
pro tunc in the following manner: The last paragraph thereof
shall be and it is hereby amended to read as follows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to pay to Mark Steel Stamp Corporation, the sum of
$8,953.87 and to pay to the Orange County Recorder the sum of
$9.90 for documentary stamps; said warrant to Mark Steel Stamp
corporation shall be mailed to said corporation to the attention
of Robert E. Roggers at 901 E. Cerritos Avenue, Anaheim,
California, 92805 and that said funds be charged to Account No.
298-461-922-01.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
