RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 467
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CONDITIONAL
DEDICATION OF LAND FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES ASSOCIATION, a
partnership comprised of CHARLES M. HARRISON and WILLIAM H.
DIAL, did tender to the City of Anaheim a Conditional Dedica-
tion of Land for road and public utility purposes of a 50 foot
easement along Anaheim Boulevard frontage between Katella
Avenue and Pacifico Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the conditions upon which said dedication
shall become effective are set forth in said dedication and
are satisfactory insofar as the City of Anaheim is concerned;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept said
dedication.
NOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim, that it accept and it does hereby
accept that certain Conditional Dedication of Land for road
and public utility purposes from COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES ASSOCIA-
TION, a partnership comprised of CHARLES M. HARRISON and
WILLIAM H. DIAL, as owners of the 50 foot easement along
Anaheim Boulevard frontage between Katella Avenue and Pacifico
Avenue.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 5th day of August , 1969.
