RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 466
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CONDITIONAL
DEDICATION OF LAND FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, HAROLD E. GRAHAM and EILEEN E. GRAHAM did
tender to the City of Anaheim a Conditional Dedication of Land
for road and public utility purposes of the Easterly 12 feet of
certain property owned by them on the North side of La Palma
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, "the conditions upon which said dedication
shall become effective are set forth in said dedication and are
satisfactory insofar as the City of Anaheim is concerned; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept said
dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim, that it accept and it does hereby accept
that certain Conditional Dedication of Land for road and public
utility purposes from HAROLD E. GRAHAM and EILEEN E. GRAHAM,
husband and wife, as joint tenants of the Easterly 12 feet of
a parcel of property owned by them on the North side of
La Palma Avenue.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 5th day of August , 1969.
