A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE AND
METER VAULT PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal pu+,poses, to wit: An easement for
water line and meter vault purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT CORPORATION. a Nevada

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
water line and meter vault pu~oses
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the installation and maintenance of a water
main and meter vault over, under and across that portion of
the Northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range
11 West, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest quarter
of said Section 14, said Northwest corner being the intersection
of the centerline of Knott Street and Lincoln Avenue; thence
North 890 41' 29" East along said centerline of Lincoln Avenue
666.27 feet; thence South 00 14' 40" East 66.00 feet to the
point of intersection with the southerly right of way line
of Lincoln Avenue, said point of intersection being the True
Point of Beginning; thence continuing along the last mentioned
bearing of South 00 14' 40" East a distance of 25.00 feet;
thence North 890 41' 29" East 10.00 feet; thence North 00
14' 40" West 25.00 feet to the intersection with the southerly
right of way line of Lincoln Avenue; thence South 890 41'
29" West along said southerly line 10.00 feet to the True
Point of Beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of August 9 69 .
