RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal pu~poses, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
MARGARET L. NIQUETTE, an unmarried woman,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across all that portion of the Easterly 100 feet of the Westerly
302 feet of the Southerly 160 feet of the Southeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 26, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said County, lying Southerly and Southwesterly
of the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of said Easterly
100 feet with a line parallel with and distant Northerly 45 feet
(measured at right angles) from the south line of said Northwest
quarter (said south line being the centerline of Orangewood Avenue);
thence along said parallel line North 880 41' 15" West, 88.08 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Northeasterly and having
a radius of 15 feet; thence Northwesterly along said curve, through
a central angle of 880 43' 02" an arc distance of 23.23 feet to an
intersection with the Easterly line of Spinnaker Street, 64 feet
wide, as shown on the map of Tract No. 3017 recorded in Book 138,
pages 15 and 16 of said Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, said point being the point of terminus of the herein described
line.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of August , 19 69 .
