RESOLUTION NO. 69R-444
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
69R-343 PERTAINING TO RECLASSIFICATION
NO. 68-69-65, PERTAINING TO VARIANCE NO.
2049.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 69R-343 was duly passed by
the City Council on June 17, 1969, authorizing a zone change
as to the property therein described; and
WHEREAS, it became necessary and desirable to include
an additional 27 feet to the property described in the afore-
mentioned resolution thereby changing the property description
therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 69R-343 be, and the
same is, hereby amended by changing the description of Parcel B
in said resolution through addition of the following:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on
a map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, described as
follows;
Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of the North-
west quarter of said Southeast quarter, distant South-
erly thereon 124.00 feet from the Southwest corner of
the land described in that certain Final Order of Con-
demnation to the State of California, filed September 1,
1964, and recorded in Book 7203, page 704 of Official
Records of said County, thence Easterly at right angles
to said Westerly line, 171.00 feet, tllence Northeasterly
in a direct line 132.00 feet to a point in the Southwest-
erly line of the land described in said Final Order of
Condemnation, said Southwesterly line cited as "South
68041' 38" East 141.88 feet,' said point being distant
Southeasterly thereon 67.00 feet from the Northwesterly
terminus thereof; thence along said Southwesterly line,
South 680 41' 38" East 74.88 feet to an angle point
therein; thence continuing along said Southwesterly line,
South 550 21' 46 East 473.45 feet to the Easterly line
of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said
Southeast quarteri thence Southerly along said Easterly
line to the Northeast corner of Lot 83 of Tract No. 3438
as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 132, pages
7, 8, and 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said CountYi
thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Tract
No. 3438 a distance of 681.67 feet to the Northwest corner
thereof, being a point in the westerly line of said South--
east quarter; tllence Northerly thereon to the point of
beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in all other respects,
said Resolution No. 69R-343 be, and the same remain in full
force and effect.
