RESOLUTION NO. 69R-442
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 69R-3ll
PERTAINING TO RECLASSIFICATION NO. 68-69-81
AND RESOLUTION NO. 69R-3l2 GRANTING VARIANCE
NO. 2070 NUNC PRO TUNC TO CORRECT A TYPO-
GRAPHICAL ERROR.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 69R-3ll and R~solution
No. 69R-3l2 included only Lot 4 of Tract 162, in the City
of Anaheim, and should have included Lot 5 of said Tract;
and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and typographical
error, said Lot 5 was omitted from said Resolutions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said Resolution No. 69R-3ll and
Resolution No. 69R-3l2 be, and the same are, hereby amended
nunc pro tunc to include the following legal description:
Lot 4 and Lot 5 of Tract 162 in the City
of Anaheim, as per map thereof recorded
in Book 12, Page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps,
in the Office of the County Recorder of
said county.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 29th day of July, 1969.
