RESOLUTION NO. 69R-434
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TEffi1INATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 972
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 67R-642 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim, at a public hearing on October 23, 1967, denied Condi-
tional Use Permit No. 972 for the establishment of a 300-room,
lOS-foot high hotel complex and a 6-story, ISO-foot high office
and commercial complex having restaurant facilities with on-sale
liquor; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on November 21, 1967, granted
Conditional Use Permit No. 972, subject to conditions, by passing
Resolution No. 67R-642; and
WHEREAS, on May 28, 1968, the City Council granted a
6-month extension of time for completion of conditions; and
WHEREAS, subject property is now developed with
industrial buildings, and Conditional Use Permit No. 972 is no
longer applicable, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission by Resolution
No. PC69-141 recommended to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim the termination of all proceedings on Condit~onal Use
Permit No. 972.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, that all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 972 be terminated and declaring
Resolution No. 67R-642 null and void, on the basis that the
subject property has been developed with industrial buildings
and the use originally granted has not been exercised.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
