A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES,
INCLUDING WATER METERS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit; An easement for water line
purposes, including water meters; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
tne City of Anaheim that the offer of DUNN PROPERTIES CORP., a
California corporation, formerly Dunn Industrial Properties
Corp., a California corporation, to sell to the City of Anaheim
the following described real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used ~or
an easement for water line purposes, including water meters,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the maintenance of a water line,
including water meters over, under and across
that portion of the Northeast quarter of Section
23, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as per Map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section
23, said Northeast corner being the intersection
of the centerline of Ball Road and State College
Boulevard; thence South 00 16' 05" East along the
centerline of said State College Boulevard, 660.78
feet; thence South 890 56' 35" West 323.00 feet to
the True Point of Beginning; thence North 00 16'
05" West 202.00 feet; thence North 890 56' 28"

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
