A RESOLUTIOiJ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEUl ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIH CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER
LINE AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
sanitary sewer line and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
~1. LYON DEVELOPMENT CO., INC., a Delaware Corporation
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
sanitary sewer line and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for a sanitarv sewer line and public
utility purposes over, under and across that por-
tion of the South 320 feet of the North 666 feet
of the East half of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellan-
eous Maps, records of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Sec-
tion; thence along the East line of said section
South 00 13' 47" East 506.00 feet; thence South
890 39' 14" West 301.95 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence continuing South 890 39' 14" West
276.29 feet; thence South 830 03' 53" West 86.54
feet; thence South 00 131 50" East 10.07 feet; thence
North 830 03' 53" East 88.84 feet; thence North 890
391 IS" East 275.00 feet to a point in a curve con-
cave Easterly and having a radius of 50 feet, a
radial line bearing South 780 20' 38" West passes
through the said point in said curve; thence North-
westerly and Northerly along a portion of said
curve through a central angle of 110 18' 36" an
arc distance of 9.89 feet to the true point of
beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
