RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 405
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR SEWER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for sewer purposes;
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of WOODMAN FARMING COMPANY,
a limited partnership, to sell to the City of Anaheim the fol-
lowing described real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, to be used for easements
for sewer purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for sewer purposes over, under and
along those certain strips of land described as
follows:
PARCEL ONE: A strip of land, 15 feet in width, being
7.50 feet on each side of a centerline described as
beginning at a point in the South line of the North-
east quarter of Section 21, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 51, page
10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County;
distant thereon South 890 59' 18" East 285.73 feet
from the Southwest corner of said Northeast quarter
and running thence North 00 15' 16" West 275:18 feet
to a point, said point being designated as "Point A."
PARCEL TWO: A strip of land, 20 feet in width, being
10 feet on each side of a centerline described as
beginning at "Point A", as hereinbefore described
in Parcell, and running thence South 890 44' 44"
West 104.24 feet to a point in a line which is
parallel with and distant Easterly 180 feet from
the West line of the Northeast quarter of said Sec-
tion 21; thence North 00 09' 34" West, parallel with
the West line of said Northeast quarter, 1058.23
feet to a point distant Southerly measured along
said parallel line, 1371 feet from the North line
of said Northeast quarter.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
