RESOLUTION NO. 69R-403
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CHANGING THE NAME OF
ORCHARD DRIVE,EXISTING WITHIN THE JURIS-
DICTION OF THE CITY OF N~AHEIM,TO KELLOGG
DRIVE.
WHEREAS, Orchard Drive is now posted with dual names,
namely Orchard Drive for that portion within the jurisdiction
of the City of Anaheim extending from Imperial Highway to Wood-
wind Lane; and Kellogg Drive from Woodwind Lane to Orangethorpe
Avenue; and
vlliEREAS, in order to avoid any further confusion with
street and freeway signing, and to maintain the continuity of
street names through the various jurisdictions involved, that
portion of Orchard Drive existing and proposed, within the city
limits of Anaheim should be renamed Kellogg Drive; and
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has already changed the
street signs within its jurisdiction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~SOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the name of that portion of Orchard Drive
within the jurisdiction of the City of Anaheim be, and the same
is hereby, changed to Kellogg Drive.
THE FOREGOING llliSOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of July, 1969.
