RESOLUTION NO. 69R-402
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO W. D. PRICHARD TO MOVE A DWELL-
ING FROM 805 E. NORTH STREET, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA, TO 1100 W. NORTH STREET,
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, W. D. Prichard having filed a written applica-
tion for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from
805 E. North Street, Anaheim, California, to 1100 W. North Street,
Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 8th day of July, 1969, at the hour of 1:30 o'clock
P.M. and notice of the time and place fixed for said public hearing
having been given by mail to all persons residing within a radius
of three hundred feet from the property upon which it is proposed
to move said dwelling house, building or structure, at least ten
days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of
such owners appeared on the last available tax assessment roll;
and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hear-
ing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and con-
ducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity to
be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said appli-
cation together with all evidence and reports submitted in connec-
tion therewith, does find that said application should be granted
subject to the payment to the City of Anaheim of the applicable
park and recreation fee and payment of l5~ a lineal foot for street
tree planting purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the application of W. D. Prichard for a house
moving permit to move a dwelling house from 805 E. North Street,
Anaheim, California, to 1100 W. North Street, Anaheim, California,
be and the same is hereby granted subject to the payment to the
City of Anaheim of the applicable park and recreation fee and pay-
ment of l5~ a lineal foot for street tree planting purposes and
further subject to compliance with all of the provisions of
Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
the moving of buildings from a point within the City of Anaheim
onto a lot within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of July, 1969.
