RESOLUTION NO" 6 9R- 392
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility pureoses
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
ROBERT W. QUICK, a single man
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 6 of the J. D.
Taylor Tract, as per map recorded in Book 36, pages 58
to 60, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Tract No. 4643,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 195, pages 35 to
37, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, said Northeast corner being a point in
a curve concave Southwesterly having a radius of 1250
feet, a radial line passing through said point having
a bearing of North 460 16' 32" East; thence Southeasterly
along said curve through a central angle of 70 26' 47"
an arc distance of 162.46 feet to the intersection with
the Westerly line of old Jefferson Street, 40.00 feet
wide; thence South 170 00' 45" East 194.26 feet to a
point in the curve of the centerline of Jefferson
Street, 100.00 feet wide, as shown on said Map of
Tract No. 4643; thence Northwesterly along said center-
line of Jefferson Street, 376.47 feet to the point of
intersection with the Northerly line of said Tract
4643; thence Easterly along said Northerly line 62.31
feet to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
