A RESOLUTIOiJ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHED1 ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEH1 CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF A WATER MAIN AND METER VAULT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for installation
and maintenance of a water main and meter vault
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has
to sell and convey the same to the City~ and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
Nm-J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
W. P. C. DEVELOPMENT CO., a limited partnership
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
installation and maintenance of a water main and meter vault
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the installation and maintenance of
a water main and meter vault over, under and across
that portion of the Southeast quarter of the South-
west quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as per Map re-
corded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 7, said Southeast corner
being the point of intersection of the centerline
of Gilbert Street and Lincoln Avenue: thence South
a90 59' 00" West along said centerline of Lincoln
Avenue 1021.04 feet; thence North 10 02' 00" West
40.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
continuing along said bearing of North 10 02' 00"
West 10.00 feet~ thence South 880 58' 00" West
25.00 feet~ thence South 10 02' 00" East 10.00 feet
to the intersection of the northerly right of way
line of Lincoln Avenue; thence North 880 58' 00"
East 25.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
