RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 387
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINALLY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION
AND THE FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR,
SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL
UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDING POWER,
FUEL AND WATER, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL
WORK NECESSARY TO CONSTRUCT AND COMPLETE THE
FOLLOWING PUBLIC IMPROVE~lliNT, TO WIT: THE
CRESCENT DRIVE SEWER IMPROVEMENT FROM APPROXI-
MATELY 321 FEET WEST OF ROYAL OAK ROAD TO
APPROXI~~TELY 1836 FEET WEST THEREOF, IN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, WORK ORDER NO. 1215.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
cause to be published in a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, to
wit: The Anaheim Bulletin, on 27th day of February and the
6th day of March , 19 69 ,a notice inviting sealed
proposals for furnishing the following:
The Crescent Drive Sewer Improvement from approximately 321
feet west of Royal Oak Road to approximately 1836 feet west
thereof, in the City of Anaheim, consisting of excavation,
backfill and compaction; installation of approximately 1500
L.F. of 8-inch V.C.P. including required fittings; the con-
struction of 4-foot 1.0. manholes, resurfacing with 4-foot
A.C., and appurtenant work as more particularly set forth in
the plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Clerk or City Engineer, Work Order No. 1215.
in accordance with the designs, plans, profiles and specifica-
tions prepared by the Public Works De~artme~t
and the notice inviting sealed proposa s, wh1ch said notice
specified that sealed proposals as specified in said notice would
be received up until 2:00 o'clock P.M. of the IJtil day of
March ,1969, and which said notice did state and
declare that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1770 of the
Labor Code, the City Council of the City of Anaheim had ascer-
tained the prevailing rate of wages for each type of labor needed
to execute said contract, and did state that the prevailing hourly
wage scale so ascertained was on file in the Office of the City
Clerk; and
