RESOLUTION NO. 69R-383
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 1114 .
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receive a request for a conditional use permit from
l'Jilliam Earmatz and William Shoemaker, 617 West 7th Street, Los
\ngeles, California r to establish a 74-space "):Ilobile Motel"
a:rnended to 156-space I/;'/Iobile Ilotel" in an R-i\, Agricultural Zone
on trie following described property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of Cillifornia, .to vli-t:
The 20rthwest quarter of the Northeast quarter
of the l'Jortl:least quarter of Section 21, Township
4 South, Hange 10 liest, in the Rancho San Juan
Cajon de Santa Ana, City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Iliscellaneous ilaps, in the
Office of the County r~ecorder of said County.
EXCEPT the North 203.00 feet of the West 207.00
feet of said land.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in the City of. Anaheim upon
said request on j<1':rn 1 9 . ,19 69 , notices of which said
public hearing were uly given as required by law and the pro-
visions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code;
and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, inves-
tigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after
due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said
hearing, did adopt its Resolution No. Pr.6Q-l0R ,

WHEREAS, thereafter, within twenty-two days from the
date of the adoption of said resolution, the City Council did
elect, upon its own motion, to review the action of the City
Planning Commission in _~ant}lICf said conditional use

of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon
said conditional use permit, and notices of such public hearing
were duly given as required by law and the provisions of Title
l8, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports; and
