A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF k~MIEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASElfiliNT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
RESOLUTION NO. 69R-
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owne~ of said property have
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
Nrnv, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
WILLIAM VEPRIN and RUTH JEANETTE VEPRIN, husband and Wl.:te
and NO~~N BERRIS and SONORA BERRIS, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and ublic utilit ur oses
, and more particular y as follows:
An easement for road and pUDlic utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the South 2 acres of
the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as per Map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of ~iscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange Count~/, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Mohican
Avenue and Catalpa Avenue, as shown on a Map of Tract
2396 recorded in Book 72, pages 19, 20 and 21 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; tDence
Sout~ 890 sa' 50 East 14 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence Soutn 00 18' 37;' East 30 feet; thence
South 890 58' 50' East 247.21 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a

curve throuGh a central angle of 360 521 12" an arc
distance of 32.18 feet to the beginning of a reverse

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
