A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'l'Y COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF A LICENSE AGREE~lliNT WITH
THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY
COl~ANY GRANTING TO THE CITY A LICENSE TO
CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN AND USE M\j ELECTRIC
SUPPLY LINE ACROSS RIGHT OF WAY M~D OVER
TRACKS AT OR NEAR ATWOOD, ORill~GE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company, a Kansas corporation, has tendered to the City of
Anaheim a license agreement dated May 5, 1969, licensing
and permitting the City of Anaheim to construct, maintain
and use an electric supply line at or near Atwood, Orange
County, California, subject to the terms, covenants and
conditions contained in said agreement, the location of said
electric supply line and the kind and gauge of said conductors,
the phase, frequency and voltage of the electric circuit carried
thereon being more particularly shown upon the print of said
Railway Company No. L-3-30040, dated April 28, 1969, marked
'Exhibi t A, I, attached to and made a part of said license agree-
men t; and
WHEREAS, said license agreement has this day been sub-
mitted to the City Council for consideration, and the City Council
does find and determine that it would be for the benefit and best
interest of the City of Anaheim to enter into said license agree-
ment with said Railway Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the license agreement, dated May 5, 1969,
tendered to the City of Anaheim by The Atchison, Topeka and Santa
Fe Railway Company, a Kansas corporation, licensing and permitting
the City of Anaheim to construct, maintain and use an electric
supply line at or near Atwood, Orange County, California, subject
to the terms, covenants and conditions therein contained, the
location of said electric supply line and the kind and gauge of
said conductors, the phase, frequency and voltage of the electric
circuit carried thereon being more particularly shown upon the
print of said Railway Company No. L-3-30040 dated April 28, 1969,
marked "Exhibit A," attached to and made a part of said license
agreement, be, and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
h~D BE IT FURTHER RESOLV~D that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement
above mentioned for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
