A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COM}~ISSION OF iHE CITY 0F ANAHEIM
GRANTING YARIAN~E NO, 827.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The east 190.00t of theist 315.00 feet of the northeast quarter of the northwest
quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 13, T4S, RllW, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
in the City of A/laheim, county of Orange, state of California, as per map recorded in
book 53, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said
county. EXCEPT the north 66 feet thereof; and further described as being on the South
side of Lin¢o3_u between Magnolia and Dale Avenues.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on September 16, 1957NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at ssid Nearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The property is presently classified as R-A, a transitional zone.
2. Other variances for Motels have been granted along W. Lincoln AVe.
3. The granting of the variance should not be detrimental to other properties
in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANANEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRUNTS VARIANCE NO. 827, SUB3BCT TO:
'' 1. The location of the buildings to be as shown on plot plan.
2. The preparation of a more complete rendering of the elevation of the
building at the time the City Counci.' considers the variance.
3. Engineering requirements.
