A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
DESIGNATING THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, on April 1, 1975, pursuant to City Council Resolution No. 75R-163, the City
Council declared the need for an Anaheim Housing Authority and created and established the Authority
by Section 34240 of the Health and Safety Code.
WHEREAS, Section 301 of the `By -Laws for the Anaheim Housing Authority" provides that
the Authority shall, by resolution, appoint an Executive Director who is charged with the
administration, management and general supervision of the business and affairs of the Anaheim
Housing Authority.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority desires to appoint the Housing and Community
Development Director as the Executive Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Housing Authority:
l . The Housing and Community Development Director of the City of Anaheim be, and is
hereby, designated the Executive Director of the Anaheim Housing Authority.
2. The Executive Director or designee is granted authority as set forth in the By -Laws for
the Anaheim Housing Authority.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Anaheim Housing
Authority of Anaheim this 25 day of January , 2022.
