A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2019-118 FOR
ESTABLISHING CLASSIFICATIONS AND
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS ASSIGNED TO ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION,
PART-TIME UNIT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated January 25, 2022, a change in the compensation structure for one classification assigned to
the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association ("AMEA"), Part -Time Unit, effective the pay
period beginning February 4, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that a
compensation structure change for classifications assigned to the AMEA, Part -Time Unit, are in
the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That effective the pay period beginning February 4, 2022, Appendix A, Wages,
of the Memorandum of Understanding between the AMEA, Part -Time Unit, and the City of
Anaheim, is hereby amended by modifying the following job classification compensation:
Classification
Program Specialist
Program Specialist - Exempt
Steps Hourly Salary Range
04-09 $15.00 - $18.94
04-09 $15.00 - $18.94
2. The minimum rates for these classifications shall also be subject to minimum
wage compliance.
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, classifications assigned to the AMEA, Part Time Unit,
shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2019-118, as amended, is
February 4, 2022.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.

of the City of Anaheim this 2 5 day of January , 2022, by the following roll call vote:
