Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the p roposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15301, Class 1 (Existing Facilities). Resolution No. PC2022-044 (Kring/Perez) Approved VOTE: 7-0 Chairperson Meeks and Commissioners Heywood, Kring, Perez, Vadodaria, Wolfgramm and White voted yes.
