RA2005/02/08 ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING FEBRUARY 8, 2005 The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session. Present: Chairman Curt Pringle, Agency Members: Richard Chavez, Lorri Galloway, Bob Hernandez, and Harry Sidhu Staff Present: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, and Secretary Sheryll Schroeder A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on February 4,2005 at the City Hall outside bulletin board. Chairman Pringle called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:46 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None PUBLIC COMMENTS: Council Member Galloway stated the public had a right to participate in public comments during meetings, however, certain individuals maligning Council members with personal accusations not relating to Council business was an abuse of that right and she would exit the chambers when that occurred. William Fitzgerald, resident, addressed comments relating to the Anaheim Angels. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1-3: Agency Member Chavez moved to approve the consent calendar, seconded by Agency Member Hernandez. Roll Call vote: Ayes - 5; Chairman Pringle, Agency Members: Chavez, Galloway, Hernandez, and Sidhu. Noes - O. Motion carried. 1. Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute Amendment NO.5 to 2865 Professional Services Agreement with Allwest Remediation, Inc. to increase the contract authority by $200,000 for completion of the Daniel's site remediation. 2. RESOLUTION NO. ARA2005-01 RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM 161 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY authorizing an appropriation of funds received from the United States Environmental Protection Agency under the Brownfields Cleanup Revolving Loan Program. 3. Approve minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meetings held November 16, 2004 and January 11, 2005.
