To consider the adoption of a resolution finding and determining the public interest and necessity to
condemn certain real property interests in real property located in the City of Anaheim in connection with
the South of Romneya Revitalization project; and authorizing the law firm of Oliver, Sandifer, Murphy,
and Lee, special counsel to the Authority, to commence proceedings to acquire the property.
