Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, Section 15315, Class 15 (Minor Land Divisions). Resolution No. PC2022-053 (Kring/Perez) Approved VOTE: 6-0 Chairperson Meeks and Commissioners Kring, Perez, Vadodaria, Heywood and White voted yes. Commissioner Wolfgramm was absent. CUP2019-06027A (DEV2021-00114) Location: 227 North Magnolia Avenue Request: A request to amend a conditional use permit to revise the site plan including a relocation of the building, a reduction in building height, the addition of an outdoor play area, and reconfigure the fire lane, trash enclosure, and parking areas. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration is the appropriate environmental documentation and determine that the project is in substantial conformance with the project which was previously analyzed pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
