Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:26 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
in the amount of
$136,413.24 for the period ending January 21, 1997 and $98,077.75 for the period ending January 27, 1997,
in accordance with the 1996-97 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:
There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST:
No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS:
There were no public comments on Redevelopment Agency
agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2:
On motion by Chairman Daly, seconded by Agency Member Lopez,
the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each
Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
1.123: Approving a First Amendment to the Amended and Restated Affordable Housing Loan and
Development Agreement by and among the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, the City of Anaheim,
Jamboree Housing Corporation [and Manzanita Walk, a Limited Liability Company (LLC)]. (For a
change in partnership in connection with the Jamboree Housing Project, located at 608 West
Vermont Street.)
2161: Approving minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meetings held January 7, 1997,
and January 14, 1997.
