REGULAR MEETING OF
MARCH 9, 2010
The Anaheim. Redevelopment Agency met in regular session in the Chambers of Anaheim
City Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle, Agency Members: Lorri Galloway, Bob Hernandez, Lucille
Kring, and Harry Sidhu
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Acting Secretary
Theresa Bass
A copy of the agenda was posted on March 5, 2010 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
At 5:35 P.M., Chairman Pringle called the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order for a joint public comment session with the City Council and Housing Authority.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: Staff requested Item No. 5, a joint public
hearing, be withdrawn from the agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during oral communications related to the
Redevelopment Agency agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: Agency Member Sidhu moved to approve the consent calendar as
presented, seconded by Agency Member Kring. Roll Call Vote: Ayes 5: Chairman Pringle
and Agency Members: Galloway, Hernandez, Kring and Sidhu. Noes 0. Motion Carried.
1. Approve and authorize the Agency Executive Director to execute and administer
5333.I the Cooperation Agreement with the City and the First Amendment to Amended
5333.1 and Restated Affordable Housing Agreement, in substantial form, with the Housing
Authority and Integrity Housing, L.P. for an affordable special needs housing
project located at 921 S. Beach Boulevard (Related to Authority Item No. 03 and
Council Item No. 09.)
2. Approve minutes of Agency meeting of February 9, 2010.
JOINT PUBLIC HEARING (Redevelopment Agency, Housing Authority and City Council):
5. This a joint public hearing among the Redevelopment Agency, Housing Authority
and City Council to consider a Cooperation Agreement, Exclusive Negotiation
Agreement, and Option to Lease for an affordable housing development on the
Agency -owned site located at 700 E. South Street in response to a Request for
Qualifications /Request for Proposals for a March 25, 2010 Tax Credit submittal.
Public Hearing Item No. 5 withdrawn at the request of staff— no action taken.

ADJOURNMENT:
At 5:55 P.M., with no other business to conduct, Chairman Pringle adjourned the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
