REGULAR MEETING OF
MARCH 9, 2010
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session in the Chambers of Anaheim City
Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle, Authority Members: Lorri Galloway, Bob Hernandez,
Lucille Kring, and Harry Sidhu.
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Acting
Secretary Theresa Bass
A copy of the agenda was posted on March 5, 2010 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
At 5:35 P.M., Chairman Pringle called the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council and the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: Staff requested Item No. 5, a joint
public hearing, be withdrawn.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during oral communications related to the
Redevelopment Agency agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 5:55 P.M., Authority Member Hernandez moved to approve
the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Authority Member Galloway. Roll call
vote: Ayes 5: Chairman Pringle and Authority Members: Galloway, Hernandez, Kring
and Sidhu. Noes 0. Motion Carried.
3. Approve and authorize the Authority Executive Director to execute and
5333.1 administer the First Amendment to Amended and Restated Affordable Housing
Agreement, in substantial form, with the Redevelopment Agency and Integrity
Housing, L.P. for an affordable special needs housing project located at 921 S.
Beach Boulevard (Related to Agency Item No. 01).
4. Approve the minutes of the Housing Authority meeting of January 26, 2010.
JOINT PUBLIC HEARING (Redevelopment Agency, Housing Authority and City Council):
5. This a joint public hearing among the Redevelopment Agency, Housing Authority
and City Council to consider a Cooperation Agreement, Exclusive Negotiation
Agreement, and Option to Lease for an affordable housing development on the
Agency -owned site located at 700 E. South Street in response to a Request for
Qualifications /Request for Proposals for a March 25, 2010 Tax Credit submittal.
Public Hearing Item No. 5 withdrawn at the request of staff no action taken.

ADJOURNMENT:
At 5:56 P.M., with no other business to conduct, Chairman Pringle adjourned the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meeting.
