REGULAR MEETING OF
MARCH 23, 2010
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session in the Chambers of Anaheim City
Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle, Agency Members: Lorri Galloway, Bob Hernandez, Lucille
Kring, and Harry Sidhu
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Acting Secretary
Theresa Bass
A copy of the agenda was posted on March 19, 2010 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
At 5:07 P.M., Chairman Pringle called the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council, Housing Authority and
Industrial Development Authority.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during oral communications related to the
Redevelopment Agency agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 5:22 P.M., Agency Member Hernandez moved to approve the
consent calendar as presented, seconded by Agency Member Kring. Roll Call Vote: Ayes 5:
Chairman Pringle and Agency Members: Galloway, Hernandez, Kring and Sidhu. Noes 0.
Motion Carried.
1. Approve and authorize the Agency Executive Director to execute a Cooperation
6183 Agreement with the City for the transfer of HOME Funds for Casa Del Sol and a Home
Investment Partnership Affordable Housing Agreement, in substantial form, with
Community Housing Resources, Inc., for an affordable housing project located at 1820
W. Gramercy Avenue for families with developmental disabilities (Related to Council
Item No. 12).
2. RESOLUTION NO. ARA 2010 -001 A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD
ARA161 OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY regarding its intention to issue tax
exempt obligations and to reimburse the Agency and City from proceeds of such
obligations for costs incurred prior to issuance (downtown capital improvements).
3. Approve minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meeting of March 9, 2010.

With no other business to conduct, Chairman Pringle adjourned the Redevelopment Agency
meeting at 5:23 P.M.
