REGULAR MEETING OF
MAY 4, 2010
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session in the Chambers of Anaheim City
Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle, Agency Members: Lorri Galloway, Bob Hernandez, Lucille
Kring, and Harry Sidhu
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Secretary Linda
Andal.
A copy of the agenda was posted on April 30, 2010 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
At 5:10 P.M., Chairman Pringle called the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council and the Anaheim
Housing Authority.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during oral communications related to the
Redevelopment Agency agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 5:20 P.M., Agency Member Hernandez moved to approve the
consent calendar as presented, seconded by Agency Member Galloway. Roll Call Vote: Ayes
— 5: Chairman Pringle and Agency Members: Galloway, Hernandez, Kring and Sidhu. Noes —
0. Motion Carried.
1. Approve and authorize the Agency Executive Director to execute and administer two
4961.V.1A Implementation Agreements, both in substantial form, with the Anaheim Housing
4961.V.1B Authority ( "Authority ") and Manchester Park and the second with the Authority and
Orangewood Vistas to include the Agency as a party to the Agreements to provide
Section 8 guarantee to facilitate the construction of the Manchester Park and
Orangewood Vistas affordable housing projects (related to Authority Item No. 03).
2. Approve and authorize the Agency Executive Director to execute and administer the
6205 Cooperation Agreement with the City for the BEGIN program funding

With no other business to conduct, Chairman Pringle adjourned the Redevelopment Agency
meeting at 5:21 P.M.
